The 6 oz battery pack fits comfortably in the front pouch. For best performance, we recommend adding one frozen ice plate (~1 lb) and 16 oz of cool water to the reservoir.</p>How does this work?<p>Insert one reusable ice plate into the vest reservoir, then fill with cool water. This creates a fully enclosed circulation system that routes the water around the vest through integrated channels (invisible from the outside).</p><p>Once turned on, the internal pump moves cooled water across your body, pulling heat away and recooling it as it passes the ice plate. The BPA-free polyethylene reservoir helps maintain the ideal cooling temperature.
