- Stainless Steel Essential Oil Hydrosol Distiller. Made by high gauge, food grade 304 stainless steel. In the package included a pot, a column, a sieve plate, a cap, a U-shape connection tubing, a straight tubing, and a condenser. Simply hand twist to connect each components together. The pot can hold 2 liter of water, and the column is able to contain 1 liter of herbs for distillation. Detailed dimension can be read from a listing image. Essential oil can only be made from high oil content herbs.
- Easy to set up and easy to clean. Use Loose, CUTTED dry or fresh flowers, buds, leaves, roots, branches for distillation. *Make sure ALL tubing and coil tubing are NOT clogged before every operation. Step1: add water into pot, recommend filtered water. Step 2: add plant material into column. Step 3: put sieve plate on top of plant material and cap onto column. Step 4: hand twist column on the pot. Step 5: hand tighten connection tubing between the column and condenser. Use fire or electric cook top to start your distillation.
- Dual cooling mechanism, manual or circulation. For manual cooling, you may add ice cubes into the condenser for condensation. Scoop out hot water in condenser during operation and refill ice cubes. For circulation cooling, It has circulation connector so you can hook a small water pump in a cooling water bucket. You may choose silicon tubing (with ID 10mm) or PVC tubing (with ID 12mm or 0.5inch) to connect with a water pump (with nozzle 12mm or 0.5 inch).
- Flexible design to fit your environment. The condenser can be located at any location relative to the herb column, either on the left or on the right. The short straight tubing can be added to have condenser sitting on the same level with the pot. Otherwise the condenser can be lifted up after removing it.
